摘  要:目的探讨电泳法与化学法测定血清白蛋白(A lb),白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)比值差异情况,分析2种方法的相关性。方法用美国SPIFE全自动电泳仪和Beckm an LX20全自动生化仪对44份血清标本作蛋白电泳及总蛋白、A lb测定。以化学法测定总蛋白值和电泳法A lb百分比计算出A lb绝对值,再与化学法测定的A lb进行比较,并作2种方法A/G比值比较及各自的相关性分析。根据美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)评价方案分析其精密度、线性。结果2种方法均具有较好的精密度、线性。电泳法计算的A lb值为(40.73±4.53)g/L,化学法测定的A lb值为(40.52±5.82)g/L,二者之间差异无显著性,电泳法A/G比值(1.38±0.29)与化学法(1.36±0.31)之间差异无显著性。结论化学法测定A lb值、A/G比值与电泳法计算的A lb值、A/G比值具有较好的相关性,电泳法可代替化学法。Objective To investigate the difference of serum albumin(Alb) and the ratio of Alb and globulin( A/ G) by electrophoresis and chemical assay and their correlation. Methods The levels of total protein and Alb in 44 serum samples were determined by SPIFE automatic electrophoresis analyzer and Beckman LX20 automatic biochemistry analyzer. A/G of two methods were calculated. The precision and linearity of two methods were evaluated according to NCCLS. Results The precision and linearity of two assays were satisfied. The difference of Alb level was not significant between electrophoresis and chemical assay[ (40.73 ± 4.53 ) g/L, (40.52 ± 5.82) g/L respectively]. The difference was not significant between A/G electrophoresis and chemical assay ( 1.38 ± 0.29,1.36 ± 0.31 respectively ).
