摘　　要：目的调查沧州市机关单位工作人员脂肪肝和高脂血症的发病率,评价二者的相关性。方法测定研究对象的血脂水平并做腹部B超。结果混合型高脂血症和高三酰甘油(TG)血症脂肪肝发病率显著高于血脂正常者。结论脂肪肝的发病率与高脂血症的发病率密切相关。Objective To investigate the prevalence of fatty liver and hyperlipidemia in Cangzhou professional population and to evaluate their correlation. Methods Determination of blood lipid level and ultrasonic examination for the liver were performed for each subject. Results Mixed hyperlipidemia and hypertriglyceridemia group had higher prevalence rate of fatty liver than normal blood lipid group. Conclusions The prevalence rate of fatty liver was closely correlated with that of hyperlipidemia.
