摘  要:论述了织物的拒水拒油机理,应用纳米材料和有机氟树脂复配的整理剂分别对纯棉、涤棉和纯涤纶针织物进行拒水拒油整理工艺研究,从而确定了最佳整理工艺。采用AATCC-22和AATCC-11标准测试了经优化工艺条件整理的针织物,其拒水拒油性能和耐久性良好,整理后织物的顶破强力稍有提高,但透气性有所下降。This paper introduces the water and soil repellency mechanism of fabrics, studies the water and soil repellent finishing technology for pure cotton fabric, polyester/cotton fabric and pure polyester fabric using the finishing agent composed of nano material and organic fluorin resin, and the puts forward the best finishing technology. Under the standards of AATCC-22 and AATCC-11, the fabric finished by the optimized finishing technology is tested and it is found that the water and soil repellent property and its durability is good, the bursting strength of the finished fabric increases slightly, but the air permeability goes down to some degree.
