摘　　要：文章主要介绍了我国海事救助的规定和海事救助系统。分析了搜救通讯手段,通讯的发展对搜救的影响,相关法律法规,搜救通讯的发展与需求及我国海事搜救通讯的现状。Marine rescue system and some related rules are given in this paper, including communicating measures for search-save, influences from development of communication, related law and rules, development and needs for such communication, the status and some experiences in this aspect in our country.
