摘　　要：目的研究老鼠A canthus ilicif olius的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、快速低压干柱分离,经理化常数测定,结合IR1、H-NM R1、3C-NM R、ES I-M S鉴定结构。结果从老鼠茎的75%乙醇提取液中共分得8个化合物,分别鉴定为正二十六烷酸(Ⅰ)、豆甾醇(Ⅱ)、正三十四烷醇(Ⅲ)、2-苯并唑啉酮(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、香草酸(Ⅵ)、4-羟基-2-苯并唑啉酮(Ⅶ)、槲皮素(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅶ是首次报道的天然产物,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ为首次从该植物中报道。Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stem of Acanthus ilicifolius. Methods Some compounds were repeatedly isolated and purified on silica gel column chromatography and vacuum liquid chromatography, their chemical structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data, such as IR, ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, and ESI-MS. Results Eight compounds were obtained from the stem of A. ilicifolius and identified as hexacosanoic acid （Ⅰ）, stigmasterol （ Ⅱ）, tetratriacon- tanol （ Ⅲ ）, 2-benzoxazolinone （ Ⅳ ）, stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoiside （Ⅴ）, vanillic acid （Ⅵ）, 4- hydroxy-2-benzoxazolone （Ⅶ）, quercetin （Ⅷ）. Conclusion Compound Ⅷ is first reported as a natural product. Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅲ , and Ⅵ--Ⅶ are reported from this plant for the first time.
