局部战争视角下中国国际储备管理研究

摘　　要：国际储备是一国国家资产的重要组成部分,现有的相关文献主要是研究和平时期国际储备适度规模及其影响因素。在局部战争的冲击下国际储备将会面临较大的风险。本文以局部战争为视角对我国国际储备的安全性进行研究。通过建立一个贸易差额模型测算了我国国际储备中的游资成分,分析了我国国际储备结构存在的问题,对影响战时国际储备的风险因素进行了探讨,最后针对如何保持战争时期的国际清偿力、维护我国国际储备的安全性提出了政策建议。International reserve is the most important part of the national assets. Current literature on the foreign reserve mainly related the moderate scale and its determinations. The war will threaten the security of international reserve. This paper focuses on the stability of the international reserve in the regional conflict period in China. Based on a model on international balance of trade, it estimates the hot money in the foreign reserve and analyzes the structural venture of the international reserve. At last it gives some advice on how to maintain the international payability and protect the security of the international reserve.
