摘　　要：总结19例蠕虫蚴移行症患者的护理要点,包括:提供心理支持,必要时请心理科会诊,解除患者的烦扰、困惑心理;密切观察用药后是否有神经系统和消化系统的不适症状;动态观察用药过程中临床症状是否改善;落实可行的出院指导和疾病健康教育,帮助人们形成正确的行为和观念,做好一级预防。本组19例痊愈出院。The authors summarized key points of nursing 19 patients with Larva Migrans, which included： supplying mental care, having consultation if necessary, alleviating patient＇s anxiety and confusion, observing whether there were symptoms of nerve system and digestive system after their taking medicine; observing whether clinical symptoms were improved during taking medicine dynami- cally, implementing feasible discharging guidance and health education, helping people to have fight behavior and opinions and make good prevention. All 19 patients in the group recovered and discharged.
