摘　　要：新疆作为欠发达地区,产业结构与就业结构表现出了明显的非均衡性,而且正在进一步强化。要从根本上解决日益严重的就业问题,就要努力弱化这种非均衡性。这要从产业结构调整、投资结构调整和经济发展过程这三方面工作中予以筹划。Being an underdeveloped area, Xinjiang has seen an evident unbalance between industrial structure and employment which grows worse. To solve the ever-aggravatlng employment, it is a must to reduce this unbalance, which needs a comprehensive planning in areas of the adjustment of industrial Structure, the adjustment of investment structure, and the process of economic development.
