摘　　要：自1979以来,我国对外直接投资发展迅速。本文对中国对外直接投资发展历程进行了系统总结,并对中国企业对外直接投资在行业、区位、投资主体和投资方式等方面的结构性特征进行了分析。The foreign direct investment （FDI） developed rapidly in China since 1979. This article is intended to systematically sum up the development process of FDI in China. It also gives an analysis of the structural characteristics of FDI on its industry, location, investor and methods of investment etc.
