摘　　要：目的了解上消化道异物的临床情况及内镜在治疗上消化道异物中的价值。方法对不同年龄、不同性别、不同部位、不同类型上消化道异物应用上消化道电子内镜进行试取。结果95.5%的上消化道异物成功取出,未见明显并发症。结论上消化道电子内镜在上消化道异物治疗中具有安全、简便、高效、痛苦小、治疗范围广的优点。Objective To find out the clinical manifestation of foreign body in upper digestive tract and the value of endoscope for treatment of foreign body in upper digestive tract. Methods Using electric gnstro - endoscope, try to get foreign bodies in upper digestive tract of patients of difference age, gender, site and type. Results 95.5 percent of foreign bodies in upper digestive tract were taken out successfully without any complication. Conclusion Treating foreign body in upper digestive tract, electric gnstro - endoscope has many advantages such as safety, simple procedure, high efficacy, less pain and better fetching extension.
