摘　　要：介绍上海绿色电力发展的概况,从自然环境、市场环境、社会环境等方面分析了上海发展绿色电力的有利条件,从成本、价格、经济性、属性等方面分析了上海发展绿色电力的不利条件,指出要促进上海绿色电力的发展,必须依靠政府、非政府组织、消费者、企业的共同努力,并提出促进上海绿色电力发展的具体对策与建议。The paper introduces the general situation of the development of shanghai green electricity. From nature environment, market environment, social environment and so on, the paper analyzes the advantageous factors ablaut developing Shanghai green electricity. From the aspects of cost, price, economy, attribute and so on.the paper analyzes the anadvantageous factors. The paper also points out that it has to depend on the conjunct endeavor of government, NGO. consumer, and corporation to accelerate the development of Shanghai, green electricity. At last the paper provides the concrete measures and advice in detail.
