摘  要:目的探讨丝裂霉素(MMC)预防鼻泪管探通术后瘢痕形成的有效应用浓度。方法将36只兔随机分为A、B、C三组各12只,分别采用0.50%、0.10%、0.02%浓度MMC注入泪囊,于注射后14d、30d、3个月进行局部病理组织学观察。结果B、C组局部病理改变显著优于A组(均P<0.05),B组优于C组,但两组差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论0.10%MMC可有效抑制瘢痕形成,提高鼻泪管探通术成功率。Objective To find out the effective concentrations of mitomycin C in preventing scar formation after probing of nasolacrimal duct. Methods Thirty-six rabbits were divided into 3 groups, which were given the medicine at different concentrations of mitomycin C (0. 50% ,0.10% ,0.02%, respectively). The pathological examinations of the local tissues were conducted 14 days, 30 days and 3 months after the injection. Results The pathological examination of local tissue showed better results in 0.10% mitomycin C group as compared with the other groups (P〈0. 05 for all). Conclusion 0. 10% mitomycin C can effectively inhibit the scar formation and this ensures the success of the nasolacrimal probing.
