摘 要:选用聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、甲基纤维素等为分散剂,研究其用量对羟基磷灰石(HA)陶瓷料浆流变性能和电动特性的影响。结果表明:料浆都呈现出剪切变稀的假塑性流体特性,其中添加0.5%甲基纤维素的陶瓷料浆具有较高的Zeta电位值(70 mV),同时具有优良的流变性和触变性。并对不同分散剂稳定料浆改善其流变性能的可能机理做了初步的探讨。在此基础上,制得了高流变性和触变性的HA料浆,研究了双氧水发泡成型工艺所得的粗坯体及高温烧结体的显微结构。通过该工艺所获得的HA样品孔壁较薄,孔径分布均匀。Polyethylene glycol (PEG), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyacrylic acid (PAA) and methyl cellulose (MC) were used as dispersants, and the effects of dispersant dosage on the rheological behaviors and electromotive properties of hydroxyapatite (HA) slurry were studied. The results indicated that the slurry was the typical pseudoplastic fluid which could be described by shear thinning. The rheology, electromotivity and thixotropy of the slurry could be significantly improved when 0.5% MC was added to the HA slurry. The mechanism of the effect of different dispersants on the rheology of HA slurry was also explored. Finally, the HA slurry with improved rheological and thixotmpical properties was prepared successfully. The porous HA ceramics with thin porous wall and uniform porous diameter were also fabricated by the slip casting process.
