摘 要:基于混凝土中钢筋腐蚀后体积变化的事实,提出一种用于测量混凝土中钢筋腐蚀的新型传感器的设想。将光纤光栅拉伸后固定在圆形钢筋的表面,放入腐蚀溶液中加速钢筋的腐蚀。在钢筋被腐蚀后,光纤光栅所受到的拉伸应变将被释放,光纤光栅的反射光波长发生变化,通过测量光纤光栅的波长可以测得钢筋腐蚀程度。试验表明,光纤光栅可以用来测量混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀,测量精度优于±0.1μm,测量范围约12μm,非常适用于混凝土结构中钢筋腐蚀的早期监测。Based on the fact of the volume change of rebar embedded in concrete structure after being corroded, a new type of corrosion sensor used to monitor reinforcing steel embedded in concrete was developed. To validate this corrosion sensor whether or not, the optical fiber grating was pre-strained before it is fixed on the surface of cylindrate steel bar, and put it into 5% of sodium chloride solution for accelerating corrosion. The strain will be released when the steel is eroded, the wavelength of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) will be changed accordingly. The corrosion depth can be measured by detecting the wavelength of fiber grating. Experiment showed that the optical fiber grating can be used to monitor the corrosion of rebar in concrete, and the precision is better than 0.1 μm and the measuring depth scope of 12 μm can be obtained. The sensor can be used to monitor the early corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete structure.
