摘　　要：分析了网络信息导航系统建立的原因、性质;并对信息导航系统的建设从导航工作的指导思想和工作方法的改进两个方面进行了论述。After analyzing the reasons for and qualities of constructing web information navigating system, this paper describes how to build and improve the system in terms of guiding principles and working methods.
