摘  要:通过丙烯酸酯类单体的自由基共聚合成了具有侧链羟基的丙烯酸树脂,再用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯的半加成物对其进行改性,制得光固化阴极电泳漆用聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂。考察了催化剂、温度、反应时间等对半加成物与丙烯酸树脂反应的影响,结果表明,催化剂加速了反应的进行,复合催化剂具有更好的催化作用,温度升高有利于反应的进行。所得的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯光固化阴极电泳漆综合性能良好。An acrylic copolymer with pendant hydroxyl was synthesized from methyl methacrylate, n-butyl acrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and β-dydroxyethyl methacrylate in methyl ethyl ketone, and the acrylic copolymer was modified by the half adduct of isophorone di-isoeyanate and β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate to obtain polyurethane acrylate. The influence of catalyst, temperature, and reaction time on the reaction of isocyanate in the half adduct with hydroxyl in the acrylic copolymer was also studied. The presence of the catalyst enhanced the reaction, and the compound catalyst exhibited higher efficiency due to synergic effect of the two components. Increasing the temperature was also in favor of the reaction. The UV curable cathodic electrophoretic paint prepared by polyurethane acrylate showed good properties.
