摘  要:以二甲基二氯硅烷、氨气为原料,研究了六甲基环三硅氮烷的合成工艺。考察了影响反应的因素,实验结果发现:以甲苯为溶剂,二甲基二氯硅烷的摩尔浓度为1.03mol/L,反应温度为0—3℃,后处理用氨水溶解副产物氯化铵,产品收率可达70.8%,并经IR表征结构。Hexamethylcyclotrisilazane was prepared from dimethyldichlorosilane and ammonia. The product was characterized by IR. The factors affecting the yield were investigated. The results showed that when toluene was used as the solvent, the concentration of dimethyldichlorosilane was 1.03 mol/L, the reaction temperature was 0- 3℃, and aqueous ammonia was used to dissolve ammonium chloride in the product, the yield was above 70.8 %, The molecular structure of the title compound was confirmed by IR.
