四磨汤联合复方乳酸菌治疗小儿慢性特发性便秘

摘　　要：目的观察四磨汤口服液联合复方乳酸菌(妈咪爱)散剂治疗小儿慢性特发性便秘的临床疗效。方法对符合慢性特发性便秘诊断的小儿随机分为两组,治疗组予四磨汤口服液联合妈咪爱散剂口服,对照组予常规导泻剂口服。结果治疗组治疗小儿慢性特发性便秘有效率达91%,对照组有效率为65%,明显优于对照组(P<0.005)。结论四磨汤联合妈咪爱治疗小儿慢性特发性便秘疗效佳。Objective To observe the effect of simo decoction and mamiai on treatment children with chronic idiopathic conspitation. Methods Children with chronic idiopathic conspitation were divided on two groups. The test group were treated by simo decoction and mamiai, and the control group were treated by oral conventiongal catharsis drugs. Results The total effect rate in the test was 91% and that in the control（65 % ）. There was obvious difference between two groups（ P〈0.005） in statistic alanalysis. Conclusion The drug ,simo decoction and mamiai is effective in treatment children with chronic idiopathic conspitation.
