摘 要:目的探讨姜黄素(Cur)对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的保护作用及其机制。方法采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)灌肠制备大鼠UC模型,将动物随机分为正常对照组、TNBS模型组、5-氨基水杨酸组、Cur组4组。观察各组大鼠肠组织大体形态和组织学改变,分别测定血清和肠组织中IL-1βI、L-6和IL-4浓度。结果UC大鼠血清和肠组织中IL-1βI、L-6浓度显著高于正常对照组,IL-4浓度显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。Gur组UC大鼠IL-1βI、L-6浓度明显减少,IL-4浓度明显升高(P<0.01),结肠组织大体形态和组织学评分明显好转。结论Cur可能通过抗炎作用使促炎性细胞因子IL-1β和IL-6浓度减少,抗炎性细胞因子IL-4浓度增加,对溃疡性结肠炎起保护作用。Objective To observe the effects of Curcumin (Cur) in TNBS-induced ulcerative colitis in rats and its mechanisms. Methods Rat ulcerative colitis model was induced by trinitrobenzene--sulfacid (TNBS). The rats randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, 5-ASA group and Cur group. The levels of IL-1β,LI-6 and IL-4 in the serum and colon tissue were determined. The macroscopical and hisological changes of the colon were also evaluated. Results It showed that the levels of IL-1βand IL-6 in the serum and colon tissue in the model group were significant increased while the levels of IL-4 were significant decreased than the normal group. Treatment with Cur evidently reduced the levels of IL-1βand IL-6 and significantly increased IL-4 level(P〈0. 01). The macroscopic and histological damages were significantly decreased. Conclusion Curcumin could protect ulcerative colitis in rats by suppression of increased IL-1β, IL-6 and increasing the IL-4 contents.
