摘  要:研究了硝酸钠—硫氢酸铵—溴化十六烷基三甲铵体系浮选分离钴Co(Ⅱ)的行为及其与常见阳离子分离的条件。实验表明:控制一定条件,在少量NaNO3存在下,Co(Ⅱ)与硫氢酸铵、溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)形成的三元离子缔合物能浮于盐水相上层并与水分成界面清晰的两相,从而使Co(Ⅱ)得到定量浮选,而Ni(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Al(Ⅲ)、Ca(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Bi(Ⅲ)等离子在该条件下不被浮选,实现了Co(Ⅱ)与这些离子的定量分离。方法已成功应用于合成水样及工业废水中Co(Ⅱ)的分离测定。The behavior for flotation separation of cobalt with sodium nitrate-ammonium thiocyanate-hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide system and the condition for separation of cobalt with other metal ion were studied. The result shows that under certain conditions the water- insoluble ion- association complexes which were composed of cobalt, ammonium thiocyanate and hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide can float and form two phases with clear interface in the presence of sodium nitrate. Then Co( Ⅱ ) floats quantitatively and Ni( Ⅱ ),Cd( Ⅱ ), Al( Ⅲ ),Ca( Ⅱ),Mg( Ⅱ),Pb( Ⅱ ),Mn( Ⅱ ),Fe( Ⅲ ),Bi( Ⅲ ) could not float, The proposed method has been applied to the separatione and determination of Co( Ⅱ ) in synthetic water and waste water samples with satisfactory results.
