种分附聚微观机理探讨

摘　　要：用二段工业细晶种和实验室制备细粒子进行了附聚试验研究,借助于颗粒计数仪、扫描电子显微镜等大型检测手段对附聚产物进行了系统分析,探讨了铝酸钠溶液种分附聚微观机理。Study on agglomeration test was presented by fine seed from laboratory and two stages seed precipiation in Bayer process. Agglomeration product was systematically analyzed by Elzone 5382 micromeritics and SEM. The microcosmic mechanism of agglomeration was discussed upon seed precipitaion from sodium aluminate solution.
