气相色谱法测定千年健中芳樟醇的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立气相色谱法测定千年健中芳樟醇的含量。方法：采用交联／聚合毛细管色谱柱（30m×0．25mm×0．25μm），柱温120℃，进样口温度：260℃，检测器温度：300℃，载气流速：1ml／min。结果：芳樟醇进样量在0．011985-1．9975μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．2％，RSD为1．63％（n=6）。结论：方法简便，结果准确、可靠、重现性好，可作为千年健的质量控制标准。AIM： TO establish the GC method for the determination of linalool of Rhizoma Homalomenae. METHODS ：The column consisted of Fused Silica Capillary Polyethylene Glyol （30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm）, column temperature was at 120 ℃ ,Injection port temperature at 260 ℃ ,Detector temperature at 300 ℃ ,flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. RESULTS： Linalool has a good linearity in the range of 0.011 985 -1.997 5 μg-The recovery rate was 99.2% ,RSD was 1.63%. CONCLUSION ： The method developed is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for quality control of Rhizoma Homalomenae.
