温度对水螅出芽速度的影响

摘　　要：同一发育时间内,温度的不同影响水螅出芽数和脱落芽体数.实验证明,在摄氏25～30℃的条件下,水螅出芽速度较快,96 h出芽率达到158%;脱落芽体数随时间增加而增多,144h脱芽率达到134%.温度持续高于35℃出芽速度减慢,造成水螅死亡.In the same developing time, different temperature affects on sprouting numbers and dropping numbers of Hydra robusta. It is proved that when temperature is between 25 ～ 30℃ , hydra sprouts faster. When it is 96h, sprouting rate reached 158%. Buds drop more with time increasing . When it is 144h, sprouting rate reached 134%. But sustained temperature above 35℃, sprouting rate is lower. If increasing temperature continuously may cause death of animals.
