摘　　要：介绍了WCDMA网络中软切换的功能特点,分析了软切换的执行策略和算法,探讨了软切换相关参数对系统性能的影响,为实际网络规划优化中进行参数设置提供了参考。This paper introduces the function and characteristic of soft handover in WCDMA, the typical handover algorithm is studied, and more, relative parameters and the influence on the system performance are discussed, this can be considered in parameter setting in WCDMA network planning and optimization.
