摘　　要：提出了元数据管理下的空间数据组织方式,充分发挥文件存储和数据库存储各自的优势,把各种基础地理数据利用空间数据库有机地组织起来,解决了空间数据组织过程中经常遇到的一些问题,如时态空间数据的存储、数据无缝连接和多尺度问题、海量空间数据的存储检索,对于空间数据的组织管理与共享实现有一定的参考价值。This thesis puts forward the organization of spatial data based on metadata , making full use of the advantage of file and databases, organizing all kinds of the geographical data, solving out some problems in the spatial data organization , such as the saving of tense space data, the data does not sew conjunction and problems of many scales, the saving of large seam less spatial data, there is certain reference value to spatial data organizational management and sharing.
