摘　　要：目的验证职业卫生管理体系在化工企业中运行的效果,为职业卫生管理体系在用人单位中全面推行提供依据。方法通过干预前后各项指标的变化,比较职业卫生管理体系实施前后各用人单位的职业卫生工作,评价本职业卫生管理体系的实施效果。结果职业病防治机构设置率和职业卫生专业技术人员指定率,职业病防治计划、职业卫生管理制度和职业病危害事故应急救援预案的制定率、实建率,职业病防护用品配备和使用配备率和正常使用率,就业前和在岗期间职业健康检查实检率,职业病防护设施实设率和职业病危害因素实测率、合格率,职业病危害警示标识和中文警示说明、公告栏实设率,职业卫生知识培训实培训率,职业卫生个人防护及应急救援知识知晓率,干预后均高于干预前;离岗时职业健康检查实检率、职业健康监护档案实建率和职业病危害合同实告知率,干预前后变化不大。结论职业卫生管理体系在化工企业中运行效果显著。[ Objective] To testify the operative effect of occupational hygienic administration system in the chemical enterprises and provide basis for generalizing the system. [Methods] Through interfering the index changes, the occupational hygienic work of the individual units was compared before and after the operation of the occupational hygienic administration system ; the operative effect of the administration system was evaluated. [ Results] All the indexes after the interference were higher than that before the interference except for the rate of occupational health examination prior to retirement, establishing rate of occupational health supervision files and the rate the announcing the occupational hazards, which were proved to be of little changes before and after the operation. [Conclusion] The operative effect of the occupational hygienic administration system in the chemical enterprises is proved to be of great significance.
