摘  要:建立SS9型机车轴箱拉杆的有限元模型,并对其横向刚度进行计算,计算结果与测试结果吻合。同时对拉杆橡胶件强度进行分析,认为一系横向位移大是导致拉杆失效的主要原因,并提出改进措施。In this paper, the finite element model of type SS9 locomotive's axle-box pull-rod is established. The transverse stiffness is worked out, and the result accords with the testing result. At the same time, the strength of rubber parts of pull-rod is evaluated, and it is thought that the failure of axle-box pull-rod is mainly caused by the big transverse displacement of the primary suspension. The improved measures are also presented.
