摘　　要：对A型地铁车辆铝合金轴箱体的特点做了简要说明;根据铝合金轴箱体使用特点和机械性能选材,并采用有限元法进行强度和刚度评估;分析试验用轴箱体的机械性能、化学成分以及X射线检测的结果。This paper makes a brief description for characteristics of aluminum alloy axle box body for type A metro vehicle, chooses material according to characteristic and mechanical property of the axle box body, and makes a safety evaluation using FEM analysis. It also analyses the mechanical property, chemic composition and result of X redial test about axle box body.
