个人社会经济状况对武汉市居民参加社会医疗保险的影响的研究

摘　　要：社会医疗保险参保者不同的经济状况直接影响其对于社会医疗保险制度的评价及认同;而该制度的内容设计也直接影响前者的切身利益,反映制度本身的价值导向。笔者通过调查,着重分析个人社会经济状况对武汉市居民参加社会医疗保险的影响,以期对社会医疗保险制度建设提出有益的建议。The reform of medicare system relates to people＇s health directly, the economy status difference between insurants influences on people＇s evaluation of social medical insurance system. At the same time, the design of social medical insurance also influences the interest of insurants which from different economy status and directly reflects the preference of the system itself.In this article, the author stresses the influence of economy and social status on people＇s taring part in social medical insurance through the investigation, wants to give some useful advices to the construction of medicare system.
