摘　　要：目的测定甘肃产当归、党参、大黄、黄芪、红芪中人体必需的微量元素Zn,Mg,Se,Fe,Mn的含量。方法用微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定,并用加样回收实验验证方法准确度。结果方法简便、准确。结论甘肃产上述五大宗药材中人体必需微量元素含量较高。Objective To determine the contents of essential trace elements for human body such as Zn. Mg.Se, Fe. Mn in five staple herb - medicine of Gansu. The five kinds of Chinese medicine were Angelicae Sinenesis, Codonopsis, Etrhizorna rhei,Astragali and Hesticide. Methods Samples were digested with microwave digestion system,and were measured by ICP- AES. The precision of the method was validated. Results The recovery rate ranged from 90. 1% to 99.4%. The method is simple and accurate. Conclusion The contents of Zn,Mg.Se.Fe.Mn in the five staple herb -medicine of Gansu were higher.
