摘  要:目的探讨解脲脲原体(uu)对20味中草药的敏感性。方法用临床分离的Uu为受试菌,采用几何级稀释法测定20味中草药水煎荆的体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果20味中草药对Uu均有不同程度的抑菌作用。其中黄柏、蒲公英抑菌效果最好,其MIC范围分别为0.97—7.81g/L和0.97~15.62g/L,MIC50均为3.90g/L,MIC90均为7.8lg/L。抑菌效果最差的是马齿苋、牡丹皮、鱼腥草,敏感率为0%。结论具有清热燥湿、祛风杀虫之功效的中草药体外对Uu具有不同程度的抑菌作用。Objective To investigate the sensitivity of 20 kinds of Chinese herbs against Uu. Methods Test - bacteria were isolated from clinical Uu. Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 20 kinds of Chinese herbs decoctions were determined using geometric - progression diluting method in vitro. Results 20 kinds of tested Chinese herbs had bacteriostatic activities against Uu at different extent, among which Cortex Phel/odendr/and Herba Taraxaci were highly active against Uu. Their MIC were 0.97 - 7.81 g/L and 0.97 - 15.62 g/L, MICsowere both 3.90, MIC90were both 7.81. Herba Portulacae, Cortex Moutan Raclicis and Herba Houttuyniae acquired the worst bacteriostatic action, whose sensitivity rates were 0%. Conclusion Chinese herbs which can clear away heat ,dry dampness and expell wind and parasites had bacteriostatic effect against Uu in vitro at different extent.
