杨子毛茛体内抗肿瘤实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究扬子毛茛Ranunculus siebldiiM iq.的抗肿瘤作用。方法以S180小鼠模型与艾氏腹水癌小鼠模型,研究扬子毛茛药材的苯、乙醇、水不同提取部位的体内抗肿瘤作用,及对脾脏、胸腺指数的影响。结果乙醇提取部份有对S180有显著的抑制作用,可延长腹水癌小鼠存活期,使荷瘤小鼠的脾脏、胸腺指数趋于正常。结论扬子毛茛具有一定的体内抗肿瘤活性。Objective To observe the anti - tumor activity of Rannculus siebldii Miq.. Methods The animal model of Sarcoma- 180（S180） and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma （EAC） were established. The anti-tumor activity of extracts of Ranunculus siebldii Miq. by benzene, ethanol and water and the affection on spleen and thymus were observed. Results The experiment indicated that the extracts by ethanol showed significant inhibitory effects on S180 and prolonged the life span of mice bearing EAC and made the coefficient of spleen and thymus to normality. Conclusion Ranunculus siebldii Miq. has anti-activity.
