摘 要:目的建立测定清热利胆合剂中黄芩苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。方法黄芩苷测定以kromasil ODS C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)为固定相,甲醇-水-磷酸(53:47:0.2,WWV)为流动相,UV检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷在0.20—1.80μg范围内与峰面积呈直线关系。回归方程为:Y=251481.75X-6859.95,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.66%,RSD=1.14%。结论该法测定清热利胆合剂中黄芩苷的含量简便、准确、快捷,可用于清热利胆合剂的质量控制。Objective To establish HPLC method for baicalin in Qingrelidan Heji . Methods Baicalin was separated on kromasil ODS C18 (4.6 mm × 200 mm ,5 μm) column and detected at 280 nm, with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (53: 47: 0.2, V/V/ V) as mobile phase. Results There was good linearity from 0.20 to 1.80 μg ( Y = 251 481.75X - 6 859.95, r = 0. 999 9 ) in separation of baicalin. The average recovery was 99.66% with RSD of 1.14%. Conclusion This method is a simple ,rapid, and accurate. This study can be as the reference to establish quality standard for Qingrelidan Heji.
