β-环糊精包合颅痛安颗粒剂中挥发油成分的工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究颅痛安颗粒剂中挥发油成分的混合提取及包合的最佳工艺。方法采用单因素实验,以挥发油重量为提取工艺的评价指标;采用正交实验,以挥发油包结率和包合物收得率为包合工艺的评价指标。结果最优提取工艺条件为:加10倍量水,浸泡6 h,提取挥发油6 h;饱和水溶液法制备包合物的最佳工艺条件为:挥发油:β-环糊精按1∶8(g∶g)配比,在40℃包合1 h。结论优选的工艺条件合理、可行。Objective To study optimum process for mixture extraction of volatile oil and preparation of β - CD inclusion compound of Lutongan Granules. Methods The study was carried out with single factor and orthogonal design. Taking weight of volatile oil was used to evaluate the extraction process and the clathrating rate of volatile oil and extraction rate of inclusion compound was used to determine the inclusion process. Results The optimum process of extraction was to add 10 times amount of water into the mixture of crude drugs, to soak the herbs for 6 h, and to extract volatile oil for 6h. The suitable inclusion coridition was established as follow, the ratio of volatile oil and 13-CD was 1： 8（g： g） ,the inclusion temperature was at 40℃ and clathration time for 1 h. Conclusion These optimum processes are suitable for preparation of Lutongan Granules.
