灯盏花注射液佐治慢性阻塞性肺疾病104例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨灯盏花佐治慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法200例COPD患者分为治疗组104例,对照组96例。2组患者均给予吸氧、扩张支气管、祛痰、抗感染等常规治疗,治疗组加用灯盏花注射液50 mg溶于生理盐水250 ml中静脉滴注,每日1次,共7 d。观察治疗前后动脉血气、血液流变学和临床症状的变化。结果治疗组治疗后血气及血液流变学各项指标均有显著改善(P<0.01),对照组治疗后血气指标和红细胞电泳时间、红细胞压积有明显改善(P<0.01),而其他血粘度等主要观察指标却无明显改善(P>0.05),临床总有效率治疗组(84%)与对照组(70%)相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论灯盏花治疗可舒张肺血管,降低血液粘度,降低肺动脉高压,疏通微循环,使缺氧和高碳酸血症得以改善,有利于病情好转。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Deng Zhan Hua in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods The study involved 200 patients with COPD who were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 96 patients were given basic treatment as control group. In therapy group, 104 patients were treated by Deng Zhan Hua injection on the basis of rouling treatment. Deng Zhan Hua injection 50mg added into 250ml saline was injected intravenously, once a day for 7 days. The arterial blood gases, the symptom and blood hemorheology in all patients were measured before and after treatments. Results All of the items of the arterial blood gases and blood hemorheology in therapy group were improved significantly （P〈0.01）. Some items of the arterial blood gases and blood hemorheology in control group, for example, red cell electmphoresis times and hematocrit, were increased obviously （P 〈 0.01 ）. But others of the important items of blood hemorheology were not improved （P〉0.05）. The total response rate of therapy group was 84%, which was greatly higher than that of control group（70% ）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Deng Zhan Hua may be effective for dilating blood vessels of lung, decreasing plasma viscosity, reducing high pressure of lung artery and the resistance of the lung micmvessels, which can solve the problem of anoxia and hypercapnia and improve the conditions greatly.
