摘  要:目的探讨仙人掌提取物对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性和吞噬功能的影响。方法将30只小鼠随机等分为空白对照组、实验组和阳性对照组。空白对照组用生理盐水灌胃,实验组用仙人掌提取物灌胃,阳性对照组用胸腺肽灌胃,10 d后检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性及巨噬细胞吞噬功能的变化。结果实验组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性和吞噬能力较空白对照组增强明显(P<0.05),与阳性对照组比较则无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论仙人掌提取物对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性及巨噬细胞吞噬功能有增强作用。Objective To observe effects of extract of Cactus on activity of acid phosphatase (ACP) and phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage (PMФ) in mice. Methods Thirty mice were randomly divided into three groups: the normal control group, the experimental group and the positive control group. Intragastric administration with saline was conducted in the normal control group; intragastric administration with Cactus extract was performed the experiment group; and the thyrnopeptide was given in the positive control group. 10 days later, the changes of ACP activity in PMФ and the phagocytosis of PMФ were determining. Results Compared with the control group, activity of ACP and phagocytosis of PMФ were increased in the experimental gronp(P〈0.05), it was no significant difference of activity of acid phosphatase ACP of PMФ between the experimental group and the positive control group. Conclusion Cactus extract plays an important role of promotion on activity of ACP and phagocytosis of PMФ in mice.
