摘 要:PTA是近年来国内大型装置投资的热点之一,我国已引进了各种PTA生产工艺,其中近年来引进的以低温氧化和无加氢精制工序的EPTA生产工艺有其独特之处,与高温氧化和加氢精制工艺有明显不同。比较了这两类工艺的技术特点和发展趋势。PTA (pure terephthalie Acid) is usually produced by two successive processes of p-xylene liquid phase oxidation and hydrogenation purification. EPTA ( known as Eastman PTA) is produced by the oxidation with lower temperature and digestion processes. In this paper the historical development and the state of the art for both PTA and EPTA were reviewed, technology characteristics of the two processes were present ,comments on advantages and disadvantages for each was made.
