芍药、当归配伍治疗痛经的比例研究

摘　　要：目的探讨芍药、当归配伍治疗痛经的比例。方法将小鼠分为模型组及芍药、当归配伍Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(其中芍药与当归比例分别为3∶1、2∶1、1∶1),各采用抗催产素所致痛经模型、小鼠尾血栓、小鼠耳肿胀模型和小鼠肉芽肿实验,探讨不同配伍比例在抗痛经作用、抑制血栓形成和抗炎作用方面的差异。结果芍药、当归配伍Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在抗催产素所致痛经模型实验中能显著延长催产素所致痛经潜伏期(P<0.01),显著或明显减少小鼠扭体次数(P<0.01,P<0.05);显著降低小鼠尾血栓形成率(P<0.001,P<0.01),其血栓形成抑制率分别为46.31%、47.40%;显著抑制小鼠棉球肉芽增生肿胀(P<0.01),最大肉芽肿胀抑制率为58.7%(Ⅱ组)。各组对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀均无明显抑制作用(P>0.05)。结论芍药、当归按3∶1和2∶1配伍时效果明显优于传统配伍比例(1∶1)。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the proportion of Paeonia to Chinese angelica for menalgia. METHODS： The mice were divided into model group and paeonia plus Chinese angelica group at different proportions between propaeonia and Chinese angelica： 3 ： 1 （Group Ⅰ ）, 2 ： 1 （Group Ⅱ ） and 1 ： 1 （Group Ⅲ） . Each group was administered with anti -oxytocin to induce models of menalgia, tail thrombus, ear swelling and granuloma of mice. Different effects of Paeonia and Chinese angeliea at different proportions on anti- menalgia, inhibition of thrombosis and anti - inflammation were discussed. RESULTS： In Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ of paeonia plus Chinese angelica, the latency of menalgia in the anti - oxytocin - induced menalgia model ex periment was significantly prolonged （P〈0.01）,the stretching times of mice were significantly reduced （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. the thrombosis formation rates in mice tails were significantly reduced （P〈0.001, P〈0.01）, whieh stood at 46.31% and 47.40%, respectively, and cotton ball- like granulation hyperplasia and swelling were significantly inhibited （P〈0. 01）, with maximum inhibition ratio at 58.7% （Group Ⅱ ） . None of the groups showed signifieant inhibitory effent on xylene- induced ear swelling （P 〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： The optimized compatible proportions of Paeonia to Chinese angelica were 3 ： 1 and 2 ： 1 for menalgia, which were superior to the traditional compatible proportion of 1 ： 1.
