摘 要:哈茨木霉菌株和杀菌剂对绿巨人褐腐病病原菌的室内毒力测定结果表明,T5菌株的抑制效果最好,抑菌率为50.92%;爱苗对绿巨人褐腐病菌的抑制率最高,为73.03%,其次为多菌灵59.08%。多菌灵与木霉T5联合抑菌结果显示,抑菌作用随着多菌灵的浓度升高而明显增强,多菌灵浓度为75、150、300μg/mL时的抑菌率分别为41.71%、68.00%和82.86%。Antifungal effect of different strains of Trichoderma harzianum and fungicides were used against Cylindrocladium spathiphylli from Spathiphyllum sensation in lab, the result showed that that T5 was the best one and the fungistatic rate was 50.92%, and Difenconazole. propiconazole was the best fungicides, Carbendazim followed, the fungistatic rates were 73.03% and 59.08%, respectively. The antifungal effect of Carbendazim with Trichoderma harzianum increased along with increasing its concentration, the fungistatic rates were 41.71%, 68.00% 和 82.86%, with the concentration of 75、150 and 300 μg/mL.
