摘 要:随着数字地球、数字海洋概念的提出,将数字技术有效地应用于海洋领域已显得刻不容缓,而构建虚拟海洋环境则是实现这一应用的基本途径之一。给出了虚拟海洋环境的概念,提出虚拟海洋环境的完整体系结构应包括计算机网络层、海洋环境数据层、虚拟海洋环境多维表现层、个人感知/认知层和多用户协同工作层等5个部分。同时从信息传输和处理的角度提出了构建虚拟海洋环境的技术框架,讨论了海洋信息的获取、处理、建模、表达以及虚拟环境感知/认知和地理协同等相关技术与方法,最后指出了构建虚拟海洋环境的重点和难点。It becomes urgent to apply digital techniques to the ocean field efficiently with the emergence of the concept of Digital Earth and Digital Ocean, while constructing virtual marine environments is the basic way to solve the problem. The concept of virtual marine environments is defined in the paper and an integral conceptual architecture of virtual marine environments is proposed, which is composed of computing network layer, marine data layer, multidimensional representation layer, personal perception/cognition layer and multi-user collaboratiort layer. In addition, the technological framework of constructing virtual marine environments is proposed according to the process of transmitting and processing information, followed by a detailed discussion about technologies and methods which are used to acquire, process, model and represent marine information. Perception/cognition of virtual environment and geo-collaboration are also discussed. At last, the significant and difficult issues related to the construction of virtual marine environments are pointed out.
