一种戊二醛复方消毒剂杀灭微生物效果观察

摘　　要：本文观察了一种戊二醛复方消毒剂对微生物的杀灭效果。结果表明，在试验温度为２０℃，试验用菌悬液中加入１０％小牛血清的条件下，该消毒剂２．００％的稀释液作用２分钟可杀灭９９．９９％的金黄色葡萄球菌，１．００％的稀释液作用２分钟可杀灭９９．９９％的大肠杆菌，原液作用３５分钟可破坏ＨＢｓＡｓ的抗原性；在加热５０℃条件下，原液作用３５分钟，５０．００％的稀释液作用４５分钟可１００％杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞。在对该消毒剂的有效抑菌、杀菌和根据能量试验确定的应用浓度比较时发现，杀菌浓度比抑菌浓度高４倍，应用浓度比杀菌浓度高５倍，此结果提示，在消毒试验中，选择适当的中和剂十分重要；消毒剂的实际应用浓度应根据能量试验的结果来确定。Themicrobicidalactivityofacomplexglutaraldehydedisinfectantwasobserved.Theresultshowedthatwhenthetemperatureofthetestwas20℃and10%* calfserumwereaddedtothebacterialsuspensions2%* dilutedsolutionofthedisinfectantforatwo-minutecontactcouldkill99.99%* ofStaphylococcusaureus,and1%* dilutedsolutionfortwominutescouldkill99.99%* ofE.coli.Theundiluteddisinfectantwithfive-minutecontacttimecoulddestroytheantigenicityofHBsAg.Theundiluteddisinfectantwiththirty-fiveminutecontactand50%* dilutedsolutionwithforty-fiveminutecontacttimecouldcompletelykillthesporesofBacillussubtilisvar.nigerunder50℃.Itwasdiscoveredthatthegermicidalconcentrationofthedisinfectantwasfourtimesashighastheinhibitionconcentrationandtheusedconcentrationdeterminalwithcapacitytestwasfourtimeshigherthanasgermicidalconcentrationwhenthethreeconcentrationiswerecompared.Thisresultindicatedthatselectionofsuitableinactivatorwasveryimportant.Thepracticalconcentra-tionofdisinfectantshouldbedecidedunderthebasisoftheresultfromcapacitytest.
