摘  要:分析了导致DG 670 t/h煤粉锅炉各部位频繁泄漏爆管的原因,提出并实施了多项综合治理技术措施:高温过热器、高温再热器进行管材升级;省煤器由光管改为高温钎焊镍基渗层螺旋肋片管,管排改为错列布置;低温过热器和低温再热器等受热面进行喷涂防护;调整燃烧和煤粉细度及对三次风反切改造,消除烟气温度偏差;对炉外小径管道管材升级和带压堵漏;在锅炉启停和事故处理过程中,控制负荷变化速度等。这些措施有效地解决了锅炉泄漏爆管问题,减少了非计划停机。The cause of frequent tube leakage and explosion of DG 670 t/h Pulverized Coal Boilers is analyzed in this paper, and many kind of integrated control technical measures are proposed. These technical measures include; upgrade of tube material in high temperature superheater and reheater; applying Ni-based implanted spiral-finned tube brazed at high temperature to replace naked tube in boiler economizer, and the tube banks are changed from in-line arrangement to staggered arrangement;the heated surfaces in low temperature superheater and reheater of boiler are treated by spraying protective technology; larege deviation of flue gas temperature is eliminated through regulation of combustion and diameter of pulverized coal and modification of anti-tangential overfire air; the material of small diameter tube outside the boiler is upgraded and leakage control technology under pressure is applied; load changing velocity of boiler is controled during the process of boiler start and shutdown and dealing with accident. Through the application of aboving measures, the problem of tube leakage and explosion of boiler is effectively solved, and the times of unexpected shutdown of boiler is reduced.
