摘 要:根据水平井井眼轨迹数据以及管柱上封隔器位置,建立了水平井完井管柱受力的力学模型,同时推导出了水平井完井管柱的有效轴向力的数学模型、管柱与井壁摩擦引起的附加力数学模型、流体摩阻引起的附加力的数学模型以及水平井造斜段曲率半径产生的轴向力的数学模型等。根据这些模型,文章开发了相应的水平井完井管柱强度设计的通用设计软件,建立了API油管和玻璃钢油管强度数据库。此力学—数学模型、油管强度数据库和所开发的软件在四川水平井气井中得到了应用,用开发的软件验证了4口井完井管柱强度设计。同时设计了两口水平井完井管柱的强度设计,证明了此力学—数学模型以及所开发的软件的实用性和可靠性。Based on the horizontal well trajectory data and the location of the packer on the completion string, the mechanic model for horizontal well completion string is set up, from which several other mathematic models are derived, such as mathematic models for effective axial force exerted on the horizontal well completion string, additional force produced by friction between the pipes and the well bore, fluid flow friction induced additional force, and the axial force produced at the buildup section, etc. And a general-purpose software for strength design of horizontal well completion strings is further developed, a database of strengths of API tubings and fiberglass tubings is established. And all these achievements have been used in horizontal gas wells in Sichuan. The designed software has been used to verify the strength designs of completion strings on 4 wells, and fulfilled completion string strength designs for 2 wells, which has proved the mechanical-mathematic models and the developed software are both practical and reliable.
