摘  要:以鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)M-41株为材料,人工诱发SPF鸡的IB(传染性支气管炎)。从IB潜伏期和康复期传染性、不同感染途径对IB的影响、不同日龄鸡只的易感性、与IB传染源接触的安全时间与安全距离进行了实验流行病学研究。结果表明:IB与SARS相似,在潜伏期传染性极低,而康复期IB与SARS相比则有一定的传染性;不同的感染途径均可引起发病,但发病的严重程度不一致,这与对SARS的研究相似;在易感性上,低日龄鸡对IB更易感,而儿童对SARS则不易感。与IB传染源接触的安全时间与安全距离则有待更深入的研究。The artificial infection of Infectious Bronchitis (IB) in SPF chicken was studied using Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) M-41 as experimental material. Experimental epidemiology was performed in infectivity of latent period and convalescent period, effects of different mutes of infection, susceptibility of different aged chicken, and contiguous safe time and safe distance to infective agent of IB. Results showed that the similarity of IB and SARS embodies in the extremely low infectivity in latent period, while the dissimilarity in certain infectivity of IB in convalescent period. Different mutes of infection can cause invasion, but degrees of severity are different, which is similar to the study resuh of SARS. In susceptibility, low-aged chicken is much more susceptible to IB, but children are less susceptible to SARS. Contiguous safe time and safe distance to infective agent of IBV still need to be further studied.
