摘 要:用两室扩散地位外透皮实验装置研究樟脑对水杨酸和氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)透皮吸收的影响。实验结果表明:(1)含3%樟脑或3%月桂氮草酮(Azone)的1.O%水杨酸醇溶液24h透皮吸收率分别为36.4±3.6%和38.4±4.4%;不含助渗剂的对照组24h透皮吸收率为22.4±2.2%。(2)含3%樟脑或3%Azone的0.5%5-Fu醇溶液24h透皮吸收率分别为37.6±4.3%和45.6±2.7%;不含助渗剂的对照组24h透皮吸收率为20.7±4.4%。提示樟脑对水杨酸和氟尿嘧啶有促皮渗透作用。The effect of camphor on percutaneous absorption of the salicylic acid and fluorouracil(5-Fu)was investigated by two cells diffusion apparatus in vitro. The results showed that the penetration percentage of the salicylic acid mixed with 3% camphor or 3% Azone was 36.4±3.6%,38.4±4.4% in 24 hrs respectiavely, while that of salicylic acid alone was 22.4±2.2%;and the penetration percentage of 5-Fu mixed with 3% camphor or 3% Azone was 37.6±4.3%,45.6±2.7% in 24 hrs. respectively, while that of 5-Fu alone was 20.7±4.4%,These data indicate that the camphor has the effect of pentration enhancer on skin permeation of salicylic acid and 5-Fu.
