摘　　要：通过对国内近年来对于城中村和城中村改造的文献进行研究,总结了国内近年来城中村及其改造研究的特征和所发现的问题,并指出了今后城中村研究的趋势,并对相关问题进行了讨论。With the gradual promotion of the urban construction of our country, the questions that the city village brings in the course of urban construction is shown especially out slowly in the city, increase year by year to the studies of city village and renovation of city village. This paper adopts to carrying on studies to documents of city village and renovation of city village in China in recent years, have drawn the characteristics and questions found of the studies on city village and renovation of city village in China in recent years, and has pointed out the trend which the city village studies in the future, and discuss about the relevant problems.
