摘　　要：介绍了统计过程控制的原理和设计方法。以Oracle9和Delphi7为工具,开发了具有三层结构的质量控制软件,详细地介绍了质量控制图和Excel与Oracle之间的数据交换的方法。In this paper,the design method and rule of statistical process control are present.Using the Oracle9 and the Delphi7,the three layer structure＇s software of quality control is designed.Furthermore,quality control chart and the method of exchange data between Excel and Oracle are given in detail.
