摘　　要：对一种应用前景较好的铋层状钙钛矿结构铁电陶瓷材料SBTi的研究进展进行了综述,主要对掺杂改性和制备方法方面的工作和成果进行了阐述。In recent years, as the development of the preparation technology of the ferroelectrics ceramics, its application areas continue enhancement. Now much attention is paid to bismuth oxide-based layered perovskite structure, SBTi shows good properties but its all over properties don＇ t satisfy technological requirements, doping is a good way to change the properties of SBTi-based. The paper introduces the research background of SBTi-based materials, and gives some reviews on the status and future development.
