摘  要:表面张力的控制是陶瓷印油产品的主要控制指标之一。实验研究了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐类化合物、辛基酚与环氧乙烷的缩合物、非离子型聚氧乙烯醚类化合物和聚氨酯氧乙烯类化合物四类表面活性剂,用于不同浓度的PEO类印油与改性乙二醇类印油条件下的表面张力的变化。研究结果表明:印油基体的表面活性剂吸附量、印油基体分子在液相表面的排布是影响印油表面张力的两种主要因素。Surface tension is one of the important control parameters of the ceramic squeegee oil. Four kinds of surfactants, including ethoxyl aliphatic phosphate compound, a compound of octylphenol combined with ethylene oxide, polyethoxylate compound and polyurethane ethoxylate, were used in the experiment. The surface tension of these four surfactants in polyethylene oxide squeegee oil and reformed glycol squeegee oil were studied. The results show that surfactant adsorption and molecule arrangement on the surface of squeegee oil are two important factors of surface tension changes. Adding polyethoxylate compound to the PEO squeegee oil and reformed glycol squeegee oil could make the surface tension of them be lower. When PEO squeegee oil mixed with 0.4 quality percents of polyethoxylate compound, the surface tension of PEO squeegee oil decreased 52%-54%. When reformed glycol squeegee oil mixed with 0.6 quality percents of polyethoxylate compound, the surface tension of reformed glycol squeegee oil decreased 39%-43%.
