摘　　要：以十二烷基硫酸钠的水溶液作为发泡体系,考察了不同起始剂、嵌段方式、环氧链段长度和相对分子质量等因素对聚醚型消泡剂性能的影响,探讨了聚醚消泡剂的结构与性能之间的规律。同时还讨论了聚醚消泡剂的用量、体系的温度和pH值等应用条件对消泡剂性能的影响。Using aqueous solution of dodecyl sodium sulfate as foaming system,the factors influencing on the performance of polyether defoamer such as different kinds of initiator, block mode of molecules, length of epoxy chain, relative molecular mass and so on, were investigated. And the relations between structure and performance of defoamer were studied. Meanwhile, the application conditions influencing on the performance of polyether defoamer, i.e. the dosage of the defoamer, temperature and pH value of system were discussed.
